An Egyptian citizen born and raised in Abu Dhabi, Mina holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a master’s degree in Business and Administration from HULT International Business School, formerly the Arthur D. Little School of Management. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) under the Project Management Institute. His experience revolves around the real estate industry, comprised of real estate development, mechanical engineering and project management for a variety of complex projects, including commercial and residential buildings, villa complexes, luxury hotels and sports cities.
Pascal Assaad, CTO
A Lebanese citizen with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Pascal has over 18 years of combined practical and technical experience in the fields of structural design, safety plans implementation, contracts administration and construction management for a variety of civil engineering projects including airports, hospitals, hotels and building works. Pascal was trained from his early professional career on the construction sites of various major projects.
Mohamed Mounir, Project Director
Extensive experience in the Project Management & Construction Supervision of hotels and hospitality projects. He was involved in the construction and design management for hospitality projects.
He has the ability to adopt the owner viewpoint. Through his understanding of the entire process of project management of site activities, he can respond more effectively to the owner’s objectives. He built his wide experience through his participation in major luxury hotels and mega commercial projects in the Middle East.
Hesham Diab, Senior Project Manager
He has a long technical, practical & management experience, for more than 33 years in the fields of structural design and project management of a variety of construction projects including airports, schools, residential & industrial buildings.
Babu Rajendran, Sustainability Manager
Mr. Babu Rajendran has been Project Manager and Sustainability Consultant with more than 15 years of professional practice. He has focused his career in providing clients with value added consulting services in the area of Energy Efficiency, Green Buildings and Sustainability Reporting in India, United State of America (USA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
His professional career on the concept of sustainability and making this concept understandable, easy to practice and meaningful in project development via. Master planning, Design, Construction and Operation & Maintenance. Past fifteen years he gained extensive knowledge in managing and supervising various aspects of sustainability projects with the ability to verify, practice in, and perform technical analysis required for LEED, ESTIDAMA and GRI Ratings including Building Performance Analysis, Building Energy Modeling, Daylight Modeling, Solar Analysis, Water Analysis and CFD Simulation. He has been involved with ESTIDAMA – Pearl Rating System at every level and associated with Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council in development and implementation of Pearl Rating System. Active participant in UPC, IGBC & USGBC in development and implementation of Green Building Rating System.
He worked and gained hands-on experience in oversight and supervision of design consultants/ sub consultants to include, preparation of contracts and documentation, terms of reference, RFP, evaluation of qualifications and design submissions, evaluation of tender documents for quality and completeness; He worked on many challenging and unique projects for the government and private sector as well. He gained hands-on experience in Value Engineering (VE) and providing professional advice for technical disciplines to creatively explore design alternatives for system optimization.
Azhar Albayati, Project Manager, QHSSE Manager & MR, Structural Manager
An Iraqi citizen who holds a Master degree in Structural Engineering. Azhar has an international wide range of combined technical and management experience, for more than 27 years in the fields of structural design, quality management systems (QMS), construction management, construction HSE (Environment, Health & Safety)and training of a variety of civil engineering projects including Multipurpose high rise tower, Shopping malls, Industrial & Commercial Buildings and Infrastructural works. Azhar was trained from his early professional career on major various projects. As a holder of Lead Auditor certificate from Lloyds Register in QMS (Quality Management System) his objective in the projects is adding value to quality, environment, health & safety for the projects he is participating in.
Akram Jameel, MEP Manager
Iraqi Citizen holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Akram has more than 40 years experience in Design, Execution, Maintenance, supervision and Project Management of electro-mechanical equipments and systems for various projects including Airports, Hotels, Hospitals, residential and commercial towers, & external utilities.
He has extensive experience with different project stages from concept design to handover for technical & legal matters. Familiar with local & international building Codes and standards including DEWA, ADWEA, IEE, IEC, BS, NFPA, Civil Defense and FIDIC.
